Why jd unli Uses Your Personal Data
Every piece of data jd unli holds serves a specific and documented purpose. We do not collect data speculatively. The purposes for which jd unli processes personal information are listed below along with the type of data involved.
- Account creation and management: Identity and contact data are used to create your player profile, manage login access, and communicate account-related information.
- Identity verification (KYC): jd unli is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances. This uses identity and verification document data.

The processing of personal data by jd unli is governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. jd unli relies on the following lawful bases when processing personal information:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil jd unli's obligations under the account Terms and Conditions — including KYC, transaction processing, and account management.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations and licensing conditions.
- Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for the prevention of fraud, protection of platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where jd unli's interests do not override your rights.

How Long jd unli Retains Your Data
jd unli retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. The general retention principles are:
- Active accounts: All personal and account data is retained for the duration of your active jd unli account.
- Closed accounts: After an account is closed, jd unli retains identity, financial, and transaction records for a minimum of five years in line with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
- Support communications: Retained for three years following the resolution of a query or dispute, in case of subsequent regulatory or legal review.
- Technical logs: IP address and access logs are retained for a shorter period — typically 12 to 24 months — unless a security incident requires extended retention.
Once the relevant retention period expires and there is no outstanding legal or regulatory requirement, jd unli securely deletes or anonymises the personal data. Data that has been anonymised to the point where you cannot be identified is no longer subject to this Privacy Policy.
